Brian has been a steadfast presence in the financial services industry with a career spanning back to 1992. In 2002, he took the initiative to establish this Registered Investment Advisory firm. Brian holds the pivotal role of being a trusted Fiduciary to his clients, tirelessly dedicated to guiding them towards their unique financial aspirations.
Raised on a large ranch spanning from Rupert Idaho to north of Sun Valley, Brian learned the value of diligent work and dedication from an early age. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Idaho in 1992, followed by a Masters of Business Administration from Boise State University in 1996.
Brian's community involvement is marked by his 8-year tenure on the Saint Alphonsus Hospital Board of Directors and a 9-year commitment to the Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) Foundation Board.
For over 20 years Brian has been an active member of Rotary International, having held the prestigious position of President in two local Rotary Clubs. Beyond his professional pursuits, Brian treasures moments with his three grown children and thrives on various outdoor activities.
Bryce Valles joined Mustard Seed Financial in 2024 as an Investment Advisor Representative after earning his Series 65 license. He plays a key role in assisting with portfolio management and leads the firm’s 1031 Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) platform, supporting clients through the evaluation, structuring, and execution of tax-deferred real estate exchange strategies.
Bryce is a graduate of Boise State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in December 2023. As a former Division I track and field athlete, he developed a strong foundation in discipline, accountability, and teamwork—principles that continue to guide his professional approach to client service and investment analysis.
With a strong focus on alternative real estate investments and their tax advantages. Bryce works closely with clients and advisors to help navigate the complexities of 1031 exchanges, sponsor due diligence, and DST portfolio construction. He is committed to maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance, transparency, and investor education.
Bryce is dedicated to continuous professional development and staying current with evolving industry best practices to better serve clients pursuing long-term wealth preservation and income strategies.
Outside of work, Bryce enjoys staying active, traveling with his wife, and spending time with friends and family.
